Hope 4 Life NI & Uberheroes

The Hope 4Life NI charity believes that everyone has a basic right to good mental health with the emphasis on prevention; we are committed to working for this right to become a reality for all within Northern Ireland, Ireland and the UK. We deliver early-intervention and mental health maintenance programmes that take the form of : 

- Our Uberheroes Programme : Our mental health education youth programme that uses superhero style comic books, based on true stories of young people in NI to teach important lessons and skill that help to protect and maintain mental wellbeing.

- Our Bespoke Programmes : By listening to your pain points/stressors as a business/organisation/group we design and deliver a programme that is tailored specifically to your needs, address everything from stress management, supervision and reflection and conflict resolution.

- Accredited Programmes : E.g. Mental Health First Aid, WRAP 2 Day & 5 Day
