Homeschool Help for Parents

After receiving a Bachelors of Science in Education in 2002, Genelle taught in the public schools for 7 years. Her first child arrived in 2009. This life-changing event spurred Genelle on to pursue a deeper, more virtuous pedagogy (art and method of education) for her now 3 children. Her pursuits led her to the classical Christian method of education and Genelle and her husband, Joel, have been committed to a homeschool/classical school hybrid model for their children since 2012. Genelle began graduate studies in Classical Education Pedagogy at Southeastern University in 2022. She is an instructor at her classical school co-op and in 2019 and 2023 she led a series of teacher/parent summer practicums focused on equipping parents to pursue a classical education for themselves and for their children within the unique provision that God has given their family.
