Homegrown and Happiness

Want to grow a TON of food in a small backyard? You’re in the right place.
Homegrown and Happiness is all about backyard farming, small space gardening, homesteading, and sustainable living—no acreage required. We show you how to turn even a small yard into a highly productive mini farm.

Located just a few blocks from downtown Colorado Springs, our backyard farm proves you can grow BIG in small spaces. On less land than you’d expect, we’ve built over 1,000 sq ft of raised bed gardens, raise chickens and ducks, keep bees, and produce a surprising amount of homegrown food.

On this channel, you’ll learn: • How to grow more food in less space
• Raised bed gardening tips and layouts
• Backyard chicken and duck care
• Beginner beekeeping
• Homesteading skills for small properties
• Seasonal planting and harvesting strategies

Our mission is to help you become more self-sufficient, save money, and experience the joy of growing your own food—right where you are.
