I have a lot of budget friendly, easy recipes that your family will love!  Also, if you are allergic to pork and beef…I got you covered.  
      I have had the Aloha Gal Syndrome for around 25 years, but you will find some pork and beef recipes as well. 
     My husband and I love to cook and feed others. 
     I, personally, never sit down!  It just isn't in my nature.  I am always creating something, sometimes it is a masterpiece and sometimes it is a disaster.  
     I love to dabble in all sorts of things, so no telling what we might get in to. 
     My husband jokes that he can't leave me alone because I might get into trouble...lol....and it is true! 
     He is camera shy, so you won't see much of him. 
     We have been cooking for around 40 years.
