Homebody Pilates with Andrea™️

Homebody Pilates with Andrea™

I'm a 53 year old pilates educator and entrepreneur, two total knee replacements and two revisions, rheumatoid arthritis and menopausal. Movement is our longevity tool & there's no debating it.

The videos include accessories like small weights you already have around the house, 36x6 foam roller, magic circle. I may use some other things but will always offer modification options.

Please subscribe, share it with friends and comment and ask questions. I've been in fitness and wellness since 1991, navy vet and pilates studio owner in San Diego. Come see me there when you're in town!

I'm on socials: IG @iamandrekane and @radicalchangepilateswellness. If you'd like to work with me, send me an email and let's chat. Listen to my podcast on Spotify or iTunes, The Healed Entrepreneur.

I'll see you on the couch! And please send any questions or comments and things you'd like to see. Happy to make content you want.
