HomeBody Movement Coaching

Essential movement and sustainable strength for mothers, creators and healers.

Hi, I’m Amy.

You are a mother, a healer, a creator.

Those words can be defined in many ways, but put simply -

You bring joy and nourishment to the world through your body and its creations.

It’s my life’s work to help you nourish, restore and align your whole being, so that you can engage with your life’s passions from a place of ease and pleasure.

Together, we unravel the sources of chronic pain and discomfort that arise from pregnancy & birth, repetitive strain injury, or simply from the twists and turns of living life whole-heartedly.

I help you unlock your intuitive ability to self-heal.
