Homebody Yin

Homebody Yin is for anyone wanting to feel grounded and energized from within. I teach Yin classes threaded with Taoist energetics: gentle ways of listening to and tending the energy body so you feel more centered, clear, and able to access your creative life force, libido, and vitality. Classes soften connective tissue, build fascia elasticity, and help the nervous system remember its full range. Taoist work offers subtle mapping, a sense of internal weather, and a way of tuning into shifts in energy day to day. This space is for athletes and runners, busy people needing a pause, creatives reconnecting to their flow, and anyone feeling stretched. Between classes, I'll drop in short notes from my private practice - holistic nutrition, gut health, expressive unshaming, and psychosomatic support. This is a space to inhabit your own pace and feel what moves you.
