Holistic Girl Living

🛑 Less Consuming 🧬 More Evolving. Where science becomes ritual, and ritual becomes identity. Explore👇🏻

Hi, welcome to my brain 🙃

🌿 I’m fascinated by the human experience of how our brains shape our reality, why we do or respond in certain ways, & what happens when we put the art of science into practice in our everyday life!

Around here, you’ll find nervous system rituals, new experiences, moments of stillness, and a dash of chaos. 🤸🏻‍♀️ (I’m only human)

A little about me 🎓
I have a B.S. in Exercise Science, researched motor imagery and strength, and spent years working in human performance as a strength coach and a Forbes Spa as a luxury massage therapist.

🧬 I believe evolving everyday makes life a little more fun 🌿

🧠 And created my 33-Day Nervous System Framework to turn science into simple, everyday rituals! Explore by tapping the link above 🔗
