HBMC - Himalayan Buddhist Meditation Center  is an urban center for meditation and Mahayana Buddhist studies in Nepali Ghar Hotel, Amrit Ghar, Thamel, Kathmandu. Founded in 1982 by Lama Thubten Yeshe and Lama Thubten Zopa Rinpoche.
