My name is Thomas Hicks founder of Hicks Nutrition. Hicks Nutrition offers professional personalised dietary advice from a qualified HCPC (health and care professional’s council) registered dietitian.

Our ethos at Hicks Nutrition is about changing the way people think about nutrition, not just about following a dietary plan for a month and falling back into bad old eating habits, but making healthy dietary and lifestyle changes that are long lasting and attainable.
We offer bespoke dietary advice and programmes for sports teams, individual athletes and the general public. To include personalized programmes tailored to the individuals needs, one to one support and advice, review sessions and supplementation guidance.
