Shenay Brown

Hey Hey, I’m Shenay 👋🏾
I’m a licensed therapist , but I'm a human first!

Here, real life, reflection and lifestyle meet honest conversations about growth, healing and creating a life that actually feels good.

I'm reconnecting with a slower life, living more intentionally, and making space for the things that matter. Around here, we slow down and listen to what our mind/body/soul is telling us, and we follow through!

Expect vlogs, personal reflections and educational conversation about mental health, therapy, healing and growing through life's ebbs and flows.
