Hellbound Housewife

❤️‍🔥Lana (law•nuh): former Baptist “preacher’s wife” • bible college dropout • agnostic atheist • unapologetically autistic

💜sharing the story of my religious upbringing, deconstruction from American evangelicalism, and what comes next

🖤 My Channel Goals:

1. Doctrines have real world consequences. I hope to reduce harm caused by specific theological beliefs, by making people aware of that harm. This means that I must often criticize the Bible itself. The Bible contains both helpful and harmful ideas.

2. I hope to help facilitate emotional processing and healing by telling my stories of faith and deconstruction. Feel free to use my experiences as a mirror, as a tool of reflection for your own life. Our stories may look the same in some ways and different in others.

❕I am trained in Baptist theology and Christian apologetics. These areas of study are very different from critical biblical scholarship.
