Helena Daher

Hey, I’m Helena — climber since the age of 14, rock-lover, Frankenjura kid, and someone who voluntarily hangs off tiny crimps for way too long. 🧗‍♀️
On this channel, I take you with me into my climbing life: from gym sessions to training plans to real rock missions.

Here you’ll find:
🧗 Climbing vlogs – from chill sessions to “why am I doing this to myself?” projects
💪 Training challenges
🎒 Outdoor trips – real experiences, real fails, real sends
😂 Humorous insights into my life as a climbing nerd.

I currently climb around 7c/8a, have sent 8a three times, and I’m constantly working on everything that makes me stronger (especially my love-hate relationship with overhangs).
If you love climbing, bouldering, training, motivation, outdoor adventures, or just a bit of chaotic charm – you’re in the right place.

See you on the wall — or on the rock. 🤘
