The Middle East Office of the German Heinrich Boell Foundation was established in Beirut in 2004. For many organisations and individuals, we have become a partner for activism and formation of networks, provider of international contacts, observer and analyst in the region. Through its variety of programs and partnerships, and in line with its projects regarding Lebanon, Syria and Iraq, the office supported the production of many films and videos.
