Heel Thyself

Heelthyself empowers black women to heal themselves through yoga, mindfulness and breathwork. We create sacred, accessible spaces that provide yoga sequences, meditation and health coaching; guiding women to self heal from within, rise in confidence, and thrive. Our mission is simple: to help every woman remember that healing isn’t a luxury-it’s her birthright. We do this by providing mediation, yoga tips, intergrative health coaching hacks and community support.
