Why does a consumer stop at one brand and walk past the next, when both were designed to be seen? The answer is rarely what consumers tell us: it is decided before they know it.

This channel follows it into the brain: what consumers notice, feel, remember and choose, how far artificial intelligence that predicts human behavior can anticipate it, and where it stops. That limit is the neuroceiling, the point where more stimulation buys no more attention, which I introduced at CERTAMENTE 2025.

My questions come from thirty years of leading marketing and companies in Europe and the US. For the last fifteen, I have answered them with rigorous science, for brands and at the frontier of the field, using eye tracking, EEG, GSR, facial coding, implicit tests and predictive AI, in published research from retail spaces to political campaigns.
