Healthy Habits with the Sisters

Meet the sisters, Jenn & Melissa who love and practice health and wellness.  Together with their full-time jobs as a teacher and a pharmacist, they partnered with one of the largest global nutrition companies. 

Jenn & Melissa guide hard-working women down a clear path of health and wellness, replacing unfavorable habits with simple changes to attain confidence and balance. Melissa's dream is to help these women and their families learn how to prevent disease with food as their medicine.  Jenn is a natural athlete and instructor; her goal is to introduce easy, effective exercise routines into the lives of women. 

With guidance and support from their partner company, they show women (and a few good men) how a simple healthy living philosophy can create vast changes in their lives by helping them bridge the gap between what they eat and what they should eat, delivering concentrated plant-based nutrition that is whole food based and as close to nature as possible.
