Health and transformation journey is a health and wellness channel.  I hope you will come here to find your tribe.  I plan to offer videos on how I stay on my plan for health and wellness.  I want to offer videos on what I eat in a day, and how I plan my exercise. How I manage my family.  A little about me, my name is Leanna.  I have been on my health journey for the better part of 2 decades.  I have never been at "goal weight".  I have had bariatric surgery x2.  I have come to the realization that my journey has no end.  That I have curves in the road, bumps and stalls.  Sometimes the journey stops and needs to restart.  Once I realized that this journey of mine is just a part of who I am, it became a bit easier.  I come here to create my own accountability.  I hope that you come here to find inspiration and motivation to start or to keep on your journey.
