I didn’t start this because I wanted a blog.
I started this because certain days felt too heavy to carry alone.

For a long time, even making a simple meal felt like work.
Grief does that — it turns the most ordinary things into mountains.
A plate. A stove. An empty kitchen.
Everything suddenly has a memory attached to it.

But eventually, in between all that heaviness, there were small moments that felt… lighter.
A bowl of noodles on a tired evening.
A slice of bread with too much butter.
A quiet breakfast I didn’t rush through.
Tiny, unremarkable things that somehow kept me going.

That’s all this space is:
a collection of those moments.

Not expert advice.
Not perfect recipes.
Not food blogging.

Just notes from a life slowly finding its appetite again — emotionally, mentally, literally.
