Hayley Langsdorf

If you're looking for aesthetically beautiful videography, professional lighting and polished narration then this channel might not be for you.

I wanted to create a space where I could talk about my pursuits of the soul. I wanted to share things like running, climbing mountains, my creative projects like making art and writing, and maybe a little about my work as a self-employed visual storyteller. I'm not entirely sure yet, but we'll see.

Regardless, it will be rough and ready. I want to share my story as it keeps me accountable to it, and hopefully, you might want to come along for the ride. Who knows, maybe one of you out there is secretly keen to pull on your runners and have a crack at a marathon or your first trail run - if I can be the tiny little influence for good that gets you out of your comfort zone and into the pursuit of your own goal - well that's reason enough for me to keep showing up here.
