hapipod is the first matching site enabling householders and lodgers of all ages to connect and create mutually beneficial homeshares. Householders offer their spare rooms at anything between £150-£550 per month depending on location and room size. Lodgers provide up to 8 hours per week of their time to help with anything from IT, to light housework, child-sitting, dog-walking, tutoring or gardening, or just good company. Members match by personality, skills and interests. This way, householders get flexible, live-in help plus an income, while lodgers find great affordable rooms and save hundreds of pounds a month on market rents.
