An 80-year-old Japanese grandma, crocheting happily every day.
Flower cushions are her specialty, along with lace doilies and little pouches.
She says "the world goes quiet with a crochet hook in hand" —
then keeps right on chatting away in her Hiroshima dialect anyway.
Filmed together with her daughter and grandchild, shared one stitch at a time.

🌸 Flower cushions available on Minne (Japan's handmade marketplace,
ships within Japan only). Search "crochetloops" on Minne.
