Hakataya Ramen

The most popular ramen restaurant in Queensland, Nagahama Ramen Hakataya, is known for its rich Tonkotsu ramen with a flavorful pork bone broth. Ramen is a signature dish of Japan, alongside tempura and sushi. While there are various soup bases like soy sauce, salt, and miso, Tonkotsu stands out as a favorite. Our soup is crafted with carefully selected Australian pork bones and a secret recipe that simmers for hours, drawing out deep flavors without the typical strong odor. It’s free from preservatives, offers a clean aftertaste, is rich in collagen, and pairs well with vitamin C-rich foods, benefiting the skin. Our tender char siu is slow-cooked with soy sauce and mirin, adding depth to the dish. Don’t miss our unique "kaedama" (noodle refill) service, which is occasionally offered free, a popular choice among our customers.
