“Beginning School” (Hajimari no Gakkō) is a brewery born in Shiwa Town, a sake town known as the birthplace of the Nanbu Toji (master brewers of northern Japan). The project treats the entire town as a single brewery and aims to become a hub for cultivating a new sake culture.
