Hailey Gurel Soccer

I will graduate from Liberty Christian Academy in 2026, where I have been a varsity starter since my freshman year. I play attacking midfield and can also play wing, and holding midfield. I started soccer at age 4, and was scouted by TN United a few years later. I joined Central Virginia United Soccer Club in 2021, playing an age group up on their 2007 NPL team. In 2023, I moved up to the Virginia United FC 2008 ECNL-RL Team, where I continue to play.

My height and agility allow me to excel in tight spaces, surprising opponents and distributing the ball quickly and accurately across the field, even under pressure. As a left-footed player, I add an element of surprise, using quick pivots and direction changes to gain an edge. I excel at seeing the whole field, and my passion for soccer drives me to constantly improve. I thrive on challenges, always giving my best in both soccer and school.
