VoltThrower

Official YouTube of Palm Bay, Florida's blackened doom band VoltThrower.

Named after the Conan song "Volt Thrower" the band is the brain child of riff master, Frost (Guitar) the band was founded in 2022. Eventually in late 2022 the Dark Lord Gorthaur (Drums) joined the band and since then they have been the core songwriting duo, with Frost authoring the riffs and Gorthaur putting together the arrangements. Finally late in the year 2024 A.D. the final member Devontrius (Vocals/Bass) added his signature blend of wraith cries and nebulous low end completing the unholy Trinity of musicians that is VoltThrower.

This configuration of the band played their first show January 11th 2025 at Propaganda in Lakeworth, FL. They're currently working on recording their Debut "Necrotapes" set to release in late 2025.
