Hugo Acurio

I run operations where AI meets regulation (healthcare first, because it's the hardest version of the problem).

Plenty of companies can ship AI. Very few can ship it into a regulated market and keep it there: through audits, clinical review, payer rules, and the next state law that lands every few days. That gap is an operations problem, and it's the one I work on.

On this channel: short breakdowns of that problem (the math, the deadlines, the seams between tech, compliance and revenue) and builds from the field. HelixVM, 100K+ patient encounters in about 18 months. A production AI agent shipped in 13 days. A pharma P&L in Ecuador.

I see the board, invent the system, and build it.

Shipping AI into a regulated market? Let's talk.
