hackers&wizards

Agentic engineering talks, live deep-dives and demos from hackers&wizards, for engineering leaders and developers.

Your developers have coding agents, and releases come no faster: the gains stay with a few people, the token bill grows, and product, review and approvals keep their old pace. Here we show how teams change that on real code.

Topics: context engineering, quality and review with agents, agentic product work, security, and the Software Factory, where agents take bounded work from ticket to production.

hackers&wizards from Hamburg trains and mentors engineering and product teams and their leaders in agentic engineering: seven hands-on team trainings on your own code, remote or on site. We have built large software systems for 20+ years and have worked with coding agents since late 2022. Our founder Benedikt Stemmildt chairs the program of code.talks and co-wrote Building the Agentic Software Factory (Packt).
