Gym+

Gym+ is a workout journal for the gym. Log every set in seconds, see what changed from one week to the next and keep your whole history on your device. Your workouts work without internet.

Wear OS watch and Health Connect
- A Wear OS app: the current set with weight and reps, logged on your wrist and synced with your phone
- Rest on your wrist, with a vibration when it is time to go and 15 seconds more or less in one tap
- Live heart rate, zone and active calories; on supported watches, your reps are counted for you

See your progress
- Full history, charts, personal records and estimated 1RM
- A muscle map of what you trained and how recovered each group is

- Coach: everything in Athlete plus the coach area, with week-by-week programs, workouts sent to each student's @handle, your own video on every exercise, your own library and reports from students who allow it.
