Health and Wellness with Wendy

I'm Wendy, 53. Twenty years ago our daughter's health scare sent me down a rabbit hole of researching food, ingredients, and how our bodies actually work, and I never came back up. A gastric bypass followed, then menopause, then 60 pounds I could not lose no matter what I tried, until I figured out what was actually going on with my gut.

This channel is where I share what two decades of paying attention has taught me: gut health, nutrition, beauty, energy, weight, and sleep, the Simple Six I live by, plus the products our family actually uses and why. Some of it is for life after 50. A lot of it works for my kids too.

Real health after 50 (and every age). Ask questions. Demand answers.
