GRP The Golden Rule Paradox

Helping others helps you. Hurting others hurts you. That's GRP The Golden Rule Paradox.

I'm Ross Fischer. I spent more than thirty years building businesses in South Florida. Then I lost one of them, and what came after it left me with a question I couldn't put down: why did the days I did something for someone else feel different from the days I didn't?

That turned into nine years of research into happiness, health, success and human behavior, and then into a book.

This channel is where I work through what I found. Self-help without the part where you optimize yourself harder. Inspirational, but with the research attached. Short videos and longer ones on generosity, happiness, connection, and what a me-first life quietly costs the person living it.

New videos every week.
