 Grounded Cove Living

Welcome to Grounded Cove Living, a space for gentle healing, Reiki, guided meditation, and meaningful ceremony.

I'm Jenn, a Reiki Master, meditation leader, and ceremony officiant. Having served in ministry as a hospital and hospice chaplain, I know how to hold space with you wherever you are on your journey. On this channel you'll find my story, an introduction to my services, guided meditations, and short talks sharing insights and education about Reiki, healing, and navigating life's transitions.

Whether you're looking for distance Reiki healing, a calming guided meditation, or a personalized wedding or life-event ceremony, you're welcome here. Based in Southern California.
