I am Lauren Alonso, host of the There Will Be Joy Podcast and Grits, Grace, and Granola, a home, lifestyle, and business Blog. I am a Jesus-following, wife, mom of 5 and I love sharing our family stories online. My content is usually focused on joy found at home, in the kitchen, the latest DIY project, motherhood, homesteading, or wellness. 

There is joy to be found everyday. My goal in this YouTube channel is to be your guide and help you in this pursuit of joy, to inspire you, equip you and empower you to find it, in every season, no matter how bitter or how sweet. Because friend, joy doesn’t just happen, it’s cultivated in darkness, underground. It not only coexist with every heartache, but it doesn’t just a happen, it is cultivated in the darkest of places.
