My name is Mir Omar Hamid originally from Pakistan & now living in Italy. 
Grilling is my passion and I do it as a hobby. I also think that it's the best way to spend time with your family & friends.  
I'm not a professionally trained chef,  just an average guy that likes to fire up the grill.
