GRIHAYAN Limited (Concern of SAIF Power Group) is the trusted name for Digital Land Surveys (Authorized by SoB under the Ministry of Defence) and Soil Test services all over Bangladesh.

The company started its journey from Chittagong in 1990 with dedicated efforts & excellent services. Later been expanded its core activity to the Grass-root levels. The company introduced the 4th Generation of Digital Land Survey Technology in 2017 for the first time in Bangladesh and added UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) as survey equipment, which has included a 3D Scanner, a Highly Accurate Trimble 10 RTK, and a Robotic Total Station. 

All this equipment added value to the company by increasing its working capacity along with helping to Reduce Costs, Highest Accuracy, and Save more time to implementation of any size of Digital Land Survey works in Bangladesh.
