Grid & Glass

I'm a 40+ year old black IT professional. Started in IT support, worked my way up over 8+ years in corporate IT. Microsoft ecosystem, enterprise infrastructure. Got laid off about a year ago and now do consulting on the side.

I had a YouTube channel before this one, but I'm starting fresh. No roadmap, no schedule, no promises. Just seeing where it goes organically and what kind of lives it can touch along the way.

On my own time I'm juggling consulting work, running a smart home with my family (wife works from home, two kids keep me honest), experimenting with AI and automation, dabbling in crypto and paper trading, and figuring out what comes next professionally. So the topics might not fit together neatly, and that's intentional.

Most videos are straight shots, minimal edits. Real talk over polished content. If you're into messy, genuine channel energy, stick around. There's no playbook here, just me figuring it out in public.
