Grandpa Harold Cooks

I’m Harold Rosenberg, Jewish home cook who believes the best food doesn’t need to be complicated.
Here, I share the recipes I grew up with, old family favorites, comforting Jewish dishes, and simple meals I still make at home today. Some recipes come with memories, others with little tricks learned over the years, but everything is about good, honest home cooking.

If you enjoy traditional recipes, forgotten kitchen wisdom, and food made the old-fashioned way, subscribe and join me in the kitchen.

I also put together my digital cookbook, filled with practical recipes, money-saving kitchen ideas, and simple meals that still taste rich.

New recipes and stories are always on the way.
