Grandmama D Cooking

Welcome to Grandma D Kitchen! 🇯🇲❤️

Come sit with Grandma D in her hillside kitchen in the Jamaican countryside, with the Caribbean Sea sparkling below, fresh herbs growing in the garden, and a quiet stream flowing out back.

Grandma D cooks with love, and her kitchen isn't just Jamaican. She cooks dishes from all over the world, from Jamaican oxtail, rice and peas, and curry goat to flavors from India, Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America and beyond. Every dish is made the old-fashioned way: fresh herbs picked from the garden, meat washed with lime and vinegar, and seasoning done by hand.
