Why Grab and Go Advice? Well I sometimes make videos with a nugget of advice...hence the name, grab and go advice! My kids gave me the name!

I am a traditional wife. My faith, my husband and our kids are my everything. I am always trying to stay stylish, find a diet that I can live with, save $, cook the perfect meal and find the right balance.  My motto is: Spread peace, love and happiness :)  My spiritual go to's are: John 3:16 and Philippians 4:13
