GR8 EST8 Agents

At GR8 EST8 AGENTS, we’re changing the way Australians sell property. Leading the way in innovation and customer service for home sellers, we are proud to offer our professional services for either a fixed success fee of $8,800 OR 1.88% of the sale price plus premium marketing. The choice is yours.

Due to our innovative business model, we are able to offer the fixed fee option when other traditional franchise agents charging 2 - 3% of the sale price are unable to, due to their high operating costs or unwilling to, due to their pure greed.

We understand that every home has a different look and features, set in a different location, has a different expected price range and that every home owner has a different belief of what motivates a real estate agent. Which is why we provide both options of a fixed fee or percentage fee to our home sellers. We explain the pro's and con's of both options and let YOU choose the success fee which works best for YOU and YOUR property.
