Life is beautiful and the world is our playground!  And, life comes with unanticipated ‘rocks in our backpack’ of our journey of life.  This can leave us confused, hurt, and feeling displaced.  Through my own life experiences personally with sorrow, joy, compassion, acceptance; I have found motivation and wellness. 

I have over 25 years working within the mental health profession.  Helping others find their best self and navigate strategies for intentional healthy relationships with family and friends is my passion. Teaching others either therapy, coaching, or speaking events, the 'lean in' approach for Whole Wellness is where I thrive. I have incorporated daily practices in my own life to achieve a space of wellness.

Through physical, social, spiritual and mental health wellness practices I assist others to find hope, motivation, empowerment, and acceptance.
