Brit BCBA 🚀

Welcome to Beyond Therapy! My name is Brit, and I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This channel is all about honest conversations in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis; collabs with other clinicians, what works, what doesn’t, and what needs to change.

I talk about the real BCBA life, and all the intel you really want to know! We talk about knowing your worth, pay negotiation, red/green flags, protecting your energy, AND entrepreneurship advice to build the ABA career of your dreams.

I also share study tips, exam strategies, and mentorship-style guidance for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs. Whether you’re in school, studying for an exam, curious about ABA, or just trying to grow into a more confident clinician, you're in the right place!

Come in, get cozy, and let’s have the conversations most people avoid, but everyone needs. ☕️
