GMXMusic

GMXMusic: independent phonk, licensed from the artists and free for creators to use in their videos with credit.

Every track has a licence on file before it is published: a non-exclusive agreement with the artist, or the Creative Commons licence the artist chose. The artists keep all their rights, are credited in every description and can have a video taken down at any time. Nothing is paid either way.

Every video is made for its own track: the visualizer follows that track's audio, the colours come from the artist's cover art where there is one, and each Short is a different moment of it (or, where the artist said yes, a slowed version labelled as such). Mixes stay a small part of the channel, with chapters and a credit line for every track.

Using a track? The credit line is in each description and on gmxmusic.com.
