Glimpses of Joy by Anuprita Turwankar

I have been watching birds and photographing them since July 2021, and have collected a lot of bird photographs and videos till date. It has been a fascinating experience for me to simply observe birds and photograph them. Watching birds and listening to them has a soothing effect on me, just like meditation. My experience of Bird-watching has made me realize that it is one of the best nature therapies that helps overcome anxiety and negativity. I wish to offer you all a sneak peek into the world of these intelligent, beautiful, and colourful creatures.
