GJ AGAINST FIRE

Fire extinguishers in Malaysia are portable devices designed to control small fires by releasing various agents like ABC dry powder, Co2, water, foam, or wet chemical, each suited for different fire classes (A, B, C, etc.). Common types include the ABC dry powder extinguisher, which is versatile for common fires, and water extinguishers for solid materials, with the proper selection and location crucial for effective fire safety in homes and businesses.
Types and Uses
ABC Dry Powder: A versatile type containing Monoammonium Phosphate, effective on Class A (solid combustibles like wood, paper), Class B (flammable liquids), and Class C (flammable gases) fires.
Water: Utilizes high-pressure water to cool fuel and is suitable for Class A fires, though it should be used with caution on or near electrical equipment.
