"Giving Voice, Gaining Power" is my video blog series dedicated to a core principle of my healing journey: That which you can give voice to loses its power over you.

Core to many discussions will be that we are often not aware of things that prevent us from healing.  Being able uncover and identify those things and then "give voice" to them works to lessen their impact on us.  With time, patience and practice, we take back the power in our lives.
