Welcome! I am Gillian Reid,  Taoist Transformation Coach and Universal Healing Tao Instructor specializing in martial arts, Qigong & Tai Chi, and Female Energy Cultivation (Female Inner Alchemy). 

My practice and teaching are rooted in two of the world’s most vibrant energy centers: the historic beauty of the hidden lagoons near Venice, Italy, and the spiritual heart of the Taoist arts at Tao Garden in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
