Welcome to Gill Bailey Holistic Wellness. 

I have created this channel so I can share with you my own journey, how even as Personal Trainer and ex NHS Worker, that I have improved and continue to improve my own Nutrition, Fitness, Health and Wellness.  

I hope it may inspire you to take some small steps to do the same, after all our health is our most precious commodity and our body is the only place we have to live.  Illness costs us so much and not least in money, but time and ability to do things with our children and grandchildren.
