Established in 2023, the Hood Family Center for Greenhouse Gas Management in Agriculture and Forestry is a joint initiative between Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Texas A&M University. Our primary goals are to leverage the world-class agricultural expertise of Texas A&M to find innovative solutions, implement climate-smart agriculture and forestry practices, and contribute to the sustainability and resilience of our vast agricultural and forestry resources. We aim to achieve these goals regionally, nationally, and globally through supporting research, outreach, and educational activities.
