Through our YouTube channel, weekly educational group sessions and our podcast, we plan to empower our patients and our community to become the version of themself they envision, maintain their progress and shift their healthcare mindset aware from the traditional sick care/symptom based/reactive system to a more proactive approach that focuses on the cause and not merely the symptoms.
